Are your items made to order?

Yes. Each item is made to order when you purchase.

 

How long is processing time?

Typically 2–5 business days (may extend to 5–7 business days during peak seasons).

 

How long is shipping time?

USA: 5–10 business days after processing. International: 10–20 business days after processing.

 

How are shipping rates calculated?

Rates are calculated at checkout based on the products in your cart and your destination.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International orders may incur customs, duties, VAT, or taxes on delivery. These are customer‑responsibility and not included at checkout.

 

How do I track my order?

We email a tracking link as soon as it’s available. If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately with different tracking #’s.

 

My order says “Delivered” but I can’t find it—what do I do?

Check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. If still not found, email support@skssignaturedesigns.com and we’ll help start a carrier claim.

 

What if my package is lost in transit?

If tracking shows no movement beyond the estimated window (USA: ship estimate + 7 business days; International: + 14 business days), contact us for help with replacement or refund.

 

What if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?

Email support@skssignaturedesigns.com within 30 days of delivery with your order # and photos (item front/back, close‑ups, and outer label). We’ll replace or refund promptly.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges for wrong size or color?

Because items are made to order, we generally don’t accept remorse returns. Please use the size chart on the product page. Need another size? We can arrange a paid reprint at cost.

 

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can usually help within 2 hours of ordering. After production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed.

 

Can I update my address after ordering?

Email ASAP at support@skssignaturedesigns.com. If the order has already entered production or shipped, updates aren’t guaranteed. If a package returns due to an incorrect address, reshipment postage may apply.

 

Which carriers do you use?

Our production partners use the best carrier for your address (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).

 

What about color and print variation?

Display settings and on‑demand production can cause slight color/placement variances that are normal and not defects.

 

Care instructions for apparel

For longest life: wash cold, inside‑out; tumble low or hang dry; do not iron directly on print.

 

Taxes & payment

Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your ship‑to address. We accept major payment methods supported by Shopify.
