Order Processing
  • Made to order: each item is produced when you place an order
  • Processing time: usually 2–5 business days (may extend to 5–7 during peak seasons or sales)
  • Edits/Cancellations: contact us within 2 hours of order confirmation. Once production begins, changes aren’t guaranteed
Shipping & Delivery
  • Carriers: our print partners choose the best available carrier for your destination (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
  • Estimated transit times (after processing):
    • USA: 5–9 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days
  • Rates: calculated at checkout by product and destination.
  • Split shipments: orders with items from different partners may ship separately at no extra cost.
  • Tracking: you’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it’s available.
Address Issues
  • Incorrect/undeliverable addresses: If a package is returned to sender, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional postage may apply.
  • Address changes: Email support@skssignaturedesigns.com immediately; changes after order placement are not guaranteed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)
International shipments may incur customs fees, import duties, VAT, and taxes upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Customs processing may add additional transit time outside our control.

Delays & Exceptions
Weather events, carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, and high seasonal volume can extend delivery times. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Defective Items
  • Damaged/Defective: contact within 30 days of delivery at
  • support@skssignaturedesigns.com with order # and photos; we’ll make it right.
  • Lost in transit: if tracking stalls beyond the estimated window (+7 USA / +14 international), contact us for help with replacement or refund.
  • Delivered but not received: check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office; we’ll assist with a carrier claim.
