🧾 Returns & Refunds Policy — SKS Signature Designs, LLC

We make every item to order. Because of this, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse (wrong size/color, changed mind). If something arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, we will fix it quickly.

1) Damaged / Defective / Incorrect
- Contact within: 30 days of delivery
- What to include: order #, clear photos of the issue (item front/back and close‑ups) and the outer packaging/label
- Resolution: replacement or refund after review

Please do not ship items back without written instructions—unauthorized returns may be refused or lost.
2) Lost in Transit
If tracking shows no movement beyond the estimated window (see Shipping Policy) + 7 business days (USA) / + 14 business days (international), email us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.
3) "Delivered" but Not Received
Check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office. If still not found, email us; we’ll help open a carrier claim. Final outcomes depend on the carrier’s investigation.
4) Size / Fit / Color Preference
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size or color preference.

5) Incorrect / Undeliverable Address
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional postage and reprint costs may apply. Address changes after an order is in production/shipping are not guaranteed.
6) Order Cancellations & Changes
We can usually help within 2 hours of placing the order. After production begins, cancellation/changes are not guaranteed.
7) Non‑Returnable Items
Custom/personalized items (if offered), worn/used items, items without original packaging, and any item returned without authorization.
8) Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank (typically 5–10 business days after we issue the refund). Shipping fees are non-refundable except where the error is ours.
9) How to Start
Email support@skssignaturedesigns.com with your order #, description of the issue, and required photos. We’ll reply with next steps and, if needed, a return address or replacement confirmation.
